O Net Manual It's a Brazilian website about mobile apps and everyday technology. Published since March 2024, in manualdanet.com, Guides and lists about streaming apps, dating, photos, health, browsing, memory cleaning, coupons, and shopping — always focused on those who use their cell phone as their primary device.
Who writes
All website content is written and edited by a single person, who signs the texts as Alice Dias. There is no editorial staff, no team of journalists, and we don't hire external "experts" to sign anything. When you read "we" here, it's just one person speaking—and it's that same person who answers emails sent to contato@manualdanet.com.
We're writing this explicitly because tech websites often inflate authorship. Here, there's no team of experts: there's one author, one email address, and the obligation to correct anything that's wrong.
How we gather information from the apps.
When an article displays an app's profile—name, rating, number of installs, size, and price—this data comes from... official app page on Google Play, These are the numbers verified on the date the text was written or revised. The app store updates these numbers automatically and they change frequently: the rating goes up and down, the size changes with each version, and a free app might start charging. If you find a discrepancy, the app store's number is the one that counts—and we appreciate the heads-up.
- Every download button leads to the official store. We do not host installation files (APKs), we do not recommend "modified versions," and we do not suggest installing applications outside of Google Play or the App Store.
- We don't describe features that the app doesn't have. If an app promises something that the technology doesn't deliver—measuring blood pressure through the camera, reading someone else's phone conversation, providing free internet—the text has to say so explicitly, even when the opposite promise would generate more clicks.
- We are not the store and we have no affiliation with the developers. Mentioning an app here does not imply a partnership, sponsorship, or paid endorsement.
- We made mistakes and we corrected them. If an app is removed from the store, changes ownership, or starts charging for an app, the article is updated or taken down.
How the site sustains itself
